Rechargeable Pedemontana is the service that allows you to pay tolls with a rechargeable electronic wallet associated with the plate of a vehicle. Activation is free.

Once the service is activated, the customer will not have to worry about paying each toll: the system will debit the scaling the transits automatically from an electronic wallet.

The service Rechargeable Pedemontana is not connected to a bank account or to a credit card, for activation it is sufficient to carry out a quick registration and make a first charge.

The customer can directly charge the electronic wallet in the following ways:

• Online in this section by clicking on the link (by credit card or by accessing the pagoPA platform);

• with debit cards issued by any bank at the Intesa Sanpaolo Group's ATMs, by accessing the payment through the CBILL service (www.cbill.it). The service is active only for plates of Italian nationality. For the use of the service a transaction fee of Euro 0.50 is guaranteed.

• At one of the authorized points (by cash, by credit card, atm ).

- Through the website www.poste.it. After a short registration, which is necessary only for the first access, it is possible to top up the Pedemontana Rechargeable service. These services are also available at all Post Offices of the Poste Italiane S.p.A. group.

The customer will be informed regularly by e-mail about the status of his remaining credit. An alert is sent whenever the credit falls below a certain threshold selected by the customer during the registration process (charging warning threshold).

The remaining balance will always be found by accessing the reserved area, the call center, or by authorized Points .

N.B. In case of recharging an account in a negative (less than zero), the customer must carry out a refill at least equal to the value of the debt accumulated.

• The date and the amounts of the individual refills;

• The communications of the management of the service.

Refund of the remaining credit in case of service deactivation

In order to obtain a refund of any remaining credit, the customer must submit a request by e-mail to pedaggi@pedemontana.com or via ordinary mail to Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda SpA, Via Pola 12-14, 20124 Milano (MI), specifying in the request the following reason "REFUND RECHARGEABLE". For further information, please refer to the General Conditions of Use of the service (Art. 8.1)
