In addition to "Punto Verde" customer service offices, the following Punti Cortesia run by Milano-Serravalle are available:
· Tangenziale Nord A52 - Sesto San Giovanni, located before the barrier of Sesto San Giovanni in direction of Autostrada A1.
· Tangenziale Est A51 - Agrate, located near the barrier of Agrate/Vimercate at the exit of Autostrada A4 Milan–Venice and in the direction of Autostrada A1.
· Autostrada A7 - Milano Ovest, located near the Centro Radio Informativo building near the Milano Ovest barrier on the Autostrada A7 Milan-Genoa (direction towards Genoa).
The Courtesy Points of Milano Ovest and Sesto San Giovanni are normally open every day, including holidays, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.
We inform you that starting from June 19th the Agrate Courtesy Point will be closed on Sunday and will observe the following hours: from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.
Personnel are available to help customers:
· pay tolls and late payment notices for Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda.
· distribution of Telepass Ordinario, Family and Premium;
· sales of prepaid Viacard payment cards, valid on the entire motorway network
· card re-magnitisation;
· procedures for theft or loss of current account and Telepass Cards and Viacard;
· returns of Viacard and Telepass cards; revocation of Telepass contracts;
· collection of amounts for late payment reports issued by Milano Serravalle Milano Tangenziali.
To pay tolls, the operator will ask you to prove that you are the owner of the vehicle, to protect your privacy. Be ready to show your identification document and the car registration document, or those of a third party plus the authorisation if your are acting on behalf of another person. Tolls can by paid with credit/debit cards or cash.

If you open a Conto Targa account at a Punto Verde or other customer assistance point, it is necessary to present the copies of the documentation necessary and any authorisations from third parties already completed in order to speed up the registration process.
